Our Domain Manager is the only place you have to visit in order to manage your domains. With just a few mouse clicks, you can redirect or park domains, alter WHOIS details or modify DNS settings.

And the best part is that, when you are ready, you can instantaneously start working on your site – you can add new files, set up databases or install web applications. All thanks to the fact that all the tools are located in one Site Control Panel.

Databases are an indivisible part of any application – it’s where all the data is held. With our Database Manager, you’ll have an easy–to–use tool at your disposal, which will enable you to manage both your MySQL and PostgreSQL databases with simply a few mouse clicks.

We have streamlined the database setup procedure, so you can now set up a brand new database in a few seconds. We also offer you a single–click database backup option. And if you install a new web app, we can automatically create the database for you.

With the Mardec Webhost Site Control Panel, you can easily set up an automatic backup of your websites and your MySQL and PostgreSQL databases in your Dropbox account. That way, you can make certain that, regardless of what happens with our servers, you will always have the most recent backup at your disposal.

Our Dropbox data backup service is absolutely automated – all you have to do is connect your Dropbox account and specify exactly how many backups you wish to keep at all times.

If you have to access a website outside a firewall, or if you prefer to surf the web incognito, then we’ve got the best solution for you. It’s available in our Site Control Panel. With our VPN access option, you will be able to surf the Internet safely with your desktop computer, laptop or feature phone wherever you are.

You can select the physical location of the VPN server yourself. We’ve got datacenter facilities in different cities on different continents.

To help you better market your site to customers and get a higher search engine ranking, we’ve developed a selection of free–of–charge marketing tools, which come bundled with our Site Control Panel – a Sitemap Generator, an RSS News module and a GeoIP redirection tool.

In the Mardec Webhost Site Control Panel we have integrated the ModSecurity Apache module. It’s a tiny module that does a great job – it acts as a firewall for your applications, defending them against hack attacks, cross–site scripting assaults and URL forgery attacks. We have already specified the rules for the firewall module, so you don’t have to configure it before it begins to work.

And ModSecurity is enabled automatically for all your sites – as soon as they go live, they’ll be immediately protected. If you desire, you can manually disable ModSecurity for any of your websites.
